RRSP match a little bit after worked for a year

Toxic environment. Management are bad. They treat employee no body. They didn't help to fix superintendent's apartment few months. They replied to superintendent that they forgot. Haven't fix before Christmas. Office administrator no chance to get promoted to building manager/ even property manager trainee
