Pros
You get to invest your time into the elderly make them apart of your family, as well as listen to the wild stories back when they were growing up I think that's my favorite part. Loving them as if they were your parents watching them smile at you, letting them feel free to address any situation and feel free and most definitely comfortable around yoy
Cons
Some workers before you might not do any housekeeping and that leaves you with all the work which is not a problem but just as well as its your job its the other workers also.
