Decent pay and free snacks

Cons

Inadequate training( you're placed on phones from day 1), toxic culture (I'm positive my trainers were gaslighting me to quit), zero support when you need it (and you'll always need it and NO ONE available). Micro-managed to the point where all of your breaks are scheduled to the minute and if you go over, you're "out of compliance". And you'll be out of compliance on EVERYTHING. It's why they only use staffing agencies and have higher than normal turnovers.

Pros

Most people are nice to work with but they need to improve their management.

Cons

The RTO policy is ridiculous, the work can be done from home and the new management sucks and they like to micromanage
