It's an easy job once you get the hang of it. Lots of recent college grads, pretty friendly They do lots of games on Fridays after the weekly meeting to keep up motivation. Winners usually get to wear jeans or causal clothes for a day. Occasionally pizza

Cons

Low pay, constantly on the phone, serious micro-managing going on here and they make it clear that you're expendable. I think they only take people from a temp agency and you have to wait at least 6 months before they would consider hiring you on- until then, no benefits for you. Benefits are good if you can get them.

Decent pay and free snacks

Cons

Inadequate training( you're placed on phones from day 1), toxic culture (I'm positive my trainers were gaslighting me to quit), zero support when you need it (and you'll always need it and NO ONE available). Micro-managed to the point where all of your breaks are scheduled to the minute and if you go over, you're "out of compliance". And you'll be out of compliance on EVERYTHING. It's why they only use staffing agencies and have higher than normal turnovers.
