Pros
Pay is reasonable, benefits are decent. Hybrid work available as opposed to being in the office full time. There are promotion opportunities.
Cons
With few exceptions, the only way to be hired is entry-level as a temp-to-hire position. In that the filling of any positions above entry level are almost exclusively done internally, it was my experience that this resulted in often times the more enthusiastic people getting promoted, rather than those that are most competent.
