Pros
- Amazing colleagues, the best coworkers I've ever had in a job. HR took into consideration that we all were similar in a way or that we all have similar life positions. - Easy to get promotion (as we were always understaffed it was pretty easy to gain a shift leader position or even manager assistant.) - Above average salary ($10/h gross, high for Spanish standards)
Cons
- The average rotation of an employee was less than three months; due to crazy workload, no 'relaxed' time frames and mismanagement from the high ups. - We were always understaffed and few of us had to do the work of many people. - Management would always offer special treatment to their friends and some employees got special conditions (such as less hours, not closing, not facing customers...) - Although being a fast-food restaurant disguised as a healthy alternative, customers expectations were HIGH, and would be sometimes rude to us. - Hiring discrimination: imposible to get hired if you were over 30
