Pros

Training is some of the best training you'll ever receive in a workplace, open, transparent, easy to understand, the trainer will work with you and adapt to your learning styles and overall makes it fun - office is highly clean, modern and very nice to commute too - IT and Computers are always up to date with the most tech savy appliances you can get (we got offered macs as laptops which is quite nice) - Weekly meetings about updates and monthly lunches with food provided - Abilitiy to work from home 4 days a week is a bonus (but it ruined any form of office culture 45 min lunch with 2 x 10 min breaks A great snack trolley with a lot of free food

Cons

The reason why I left is because of Salary, starting salary is 65k with NO option to review or negotiate any higher salary some important cons to note are - Despite being an open team, a lot of the team members are known to either talk about other employees quite openly - You are tracked of every second of everyday, so if you're a minute late from your lunch, or using too much Busy time everyday it's something that you can get into trouble, (i know and understand Call Centres are like this) but it comes across as micromanagement central - While you are in Customer Service, a lot of calls are quite difficult and are borderline abuse about price increases that the honey system will advise their customers about a huge increase in their premium, myself and multiple staff were crying most shifts due to the fact that these customers would yell, scream and abuse the staff on the phone - when asking for management to jump in and take these calls, most of the time they wouldn't, it would still be the agent who would still deal with the calls - Some managers are better than others - there is no work culture "they promote themselves as such an open environment in the office" there were multiple days where there is no one in the office, there is no real work culture here. -A rotating roster that sometimes is not complete until a week before which is very annoying to organise - A typical Call centre with group clicks, and favoritism. - A Operations manager that has way to much faith in AI (I wouldnt be suprised if everyones jobs in CS would be taken away)
