Leadership team values trust and transparency; they explain decisions with uncommon candor. Product is beloved by users. Company is much more diverse than average, and it makes a huge (positive) difference. Lots of autonomy.

Wants to be a high-trust company but is actually a high-context company, which means things can move slow. Competing in a crowded market. Company is very small (employee-numbers) for its stage and customer-base, this means everyone constantly feels understaffed.

-Some good people on the team (developers, sales, manufacturing) which made time there bearable. -Product itself is a good idea

-CEO and COO have no business experience -Hostile work environment -Software solution did not work during my time there -Lot of product issues which resulted in tons of customer complaints and returns -No direction from senior staff in regards to company direction
