Pros
The kids were so fun to play with during the day, and some were really funny! I enjoyed being with them and teaching them.
Cons
The administration was tough to work with. The job was exhausting most of the time, and I can see why the burnout rate is high. There is a disconnect between expectations and the support given to achieve them. Favoritism exists.
