Pros
The diversity of product lines in Honeywell is amazing. The general public has no idea how many things the company is involved in. Not only are the business groups diverse but the global workforce and variety of disciplines result in opportunities that would be hard to find in very many places.
Cons
Despite wanting to appear progressive with HR policies, there is still much ground to gain. Telecommuting is mentioned in hushed tones (at best) and the old school heritage is a significant barrier to the sort of cultural change required to attract and retain the next generation workforce.
