Pros
Good place to learn if you are willing to self-learn and can work independently as new products and technology was often implemented on their project.
Cons
Thinking of such a huge company will be very structural? It is the oppose as it never exists. Be prepared to answer the client on your first meeting. Don't expect for any guidance or teamwork as the blame game started the moment you join the company. The managers will push all the responsibility to you when being question by client and they will not assist you as nobody wanted to take the responsibility even if you are the victim. They only care about the handover schedules, When expected completion date is provided to the manager, They will refuse to accept it and force you to bring forward the schedule to the date they wanted a.k.a commited by you. There was obviously lack of manpower, which is the reason why often the projects can't be completed on time. Guess what? They will not allocate more manpower due to cost control and yet they wanted you to commit on it. Be prepared to me work on multiple tasks at one given time and work like an octopus. Expected to deal with lots of defects (due to neglected during UAT and issues will still exists even 1 year later) as priority are to get signed-off and defects to be clear after handover to client.
