      Pros

      Great people, mid-level manager (Sr. Director and below) are great people and look after people.

      Cons

      Corporate, SPS and Intelligrated management is lost and could not run a business is it just themselves. Keep hiring VP's to get themselves out of trouble but then they cannot afford workers so the lay them off.

      Pros

      They have a lot of money and talented people.

      Cons

      They do not spend money and crush talented people. They have consistently had layoffs every six months, normally falling on Septembers and Marches since September 2020. Upstairs thinks that if they just keep cutting the fat, they can save money for all. In reality they lose employees, but not the workloads, which is there for whomever is left behind. This is has severely hurt the relationships with many customers and the company's overall reputation in the industry.
