Upper management considers themselves office employees and never chips in to help or keeps up with what is going on the production floor. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door and switch you to another shift once hired in even if it means you don't get to see your family. Unengaged leadership. Safety hazards everywhere. No accountability for poor performance or toxic behavior. Lack of communication between management and production employees. Poor benefits. Toxic leadership. Constant turn over of salaried and hourly personnel. People will create drama and sabotage you to e
