Pros
The pay is incredible if you are willing to work hard and apply yourself. The other feel of the company is really chill compared to other call centers that I have worked at and there are lots of little perks like raffles, fee snacks at the company kitchen and regular happy hours and parties. All of the calls are inbound, which is also way better than working at an outbound call center. While I was at Hoot Call the company grew by about 40 people, and the management team was great about promoting agents into supervisory roles as they grew.
Cons
Most of the downside comes with being at a call center - the calls are sometimes repetitive and every once in a while you get callers who are jerks.
