No longer a "fun" place to work. Girls are required to stand for a line up each shift. During this time a manager checks your front and back to make sure your hair, nails, and make up meet the company standards. They inspect your body to see that your bra is the proper color, tattoos are covered, shorts and shirt fit properly, and look up and down your legs to check for a run in your nylons. It is a very disturbing thing to experience especially when it is a male manager on shift. Waitstaff employees cell phones are collected before each shift and locked in the office. Girls are expected to change into uniform once arriving to work, but there are cameras in the locker room. Employee bathrooms are padlocked shut. You have to find a manager to unlock it if you would like to change your clothes or use the washroom in privacy. Sometimes the smokers complain about not having smoke breaks. Not allowed to smoke on property. Always over scheduled for wait staff. Your allowed a 15 minute break but it will always be interrupted.
