If you are a member of the Dutch elite or esteemed as one of their pre-destined inner circle, you can be pretty secure here, regardless of the quality of your works, strength of your character, or degree of your integrity.
Cons
A fairly xenophobic environment where ideas and real results are unwelcome and can make one a target unless those ideas and strategy are scene as coming from the "right people." The more effective your strategy, the more successful your efforts, the more you will draw the ire of the Dutch elite, and the more they will quietly conspire to expunge you.
