      Loved the children. Became friends with some of the co-workers that I worked with.

      Cons

      Absolutely the worst company that I have ever worked for. Extremely poor management on all levels, and negative working atmosphere for anyone who is serious about making a difference in the lives of youth that have developmental disabilities.

      Pros

      Supportive and approachable leadership, great team culture, and a positive work environment. HR and management communicate well, and employees are encouraged to grow and take on new challenges. Work-life balance is respected, and there’s flexibility when needed.

      Cons

      Like any organization, a few internal processes could be more streamlined, but leadership is receptive to feedback and open to making improvements.
