Pros
Hopeway has a employee oriented culture and takes great care of the clients. I have worked at Hopeway since it opened. Like any new place there has been growth and changes over the three years but one thing has remained consistent and that is the focus on providing world class treatment and a great environment to work in. If you are new to working in the mental health field you need to know that the work is challenging but employees who put clients first are supported. Employee concerns are taken seriously and all employees have the right to speak up. I am in a position that I could easily work elsewhere, but I choose to work at Hopeway because I believe that their heart is in the right place for clients and employees and it is the best mental health facility to work at, not only in Charlotte but in the entire region.

Hopeway is growing and with growth comes challenges and change but also opportunity.
