Pros
I do not know what reasonable criteria would qualify giving a company 5 stars because, in truth, I am a normal being whose believes the ideal job is to do hobbies all day. Having said that, I do not think I am capable of 5 stars to places of work in general. However, I can point out many good things here: -Flexible workspace: Remote or Office -Lots of opportunity to learn things in the industry, lots of opportunity for those who like to lead to take ownership of various aspects -Growth is possible, hybrid positions are possible -My boss is admittedly the nicest boss I had ever worked with: he's understanding and keeps your best interests in mind -There's a ping pong table at the office -Remote staff, while they don't get to enjoy the cakes/cookies/catered lunch that are brought to the office, would still get treated to things like Christmas dinner -Friendly and supportive staff who work hard and help each other out
Cons
Every industry will have some kind of con, I'm not sure if I can pinpoint a con that is specific to the organization itself because every 'like' organization will have those same challenges. I do acknowledge that there are worse kinds of cons out there that I have been through with other organizations.
