Pros
Working with the kids is by far the most rewarding part of the job. You also build strong connections with coworkers, which helps get through the day-to-day challenges.
Cons
This is not a good place if you are seeking supervision or professional growth. There was a lack of clarity and consistency regarding supervision opportunities, expectations, and follow-through. Communication around fieldwork support felt disorganized and often left staff without clear direction. Communication from leadership, including the BCBA, is lacking and often unclear. Management overall lacked professionalism and effective communication. At times, workplace interactions felt dismissive, and there appeared to be limited responsiveness to staff concerns. There are also issues with organization, scheduling, and pay accuracy that add unnecessary stress. Overall, leadership presence feels limited, and there is a lack of accountability.
