Great benefits, great location , good work-life balance

Supervisor is very communicative , regularly checking in with you (not in a micro managing way). And she is extremely patient when you don't understand something which I appreciate. Personally ambience is a big one for me and I can say it is rushed in the mornings due to having to order material (which I like it makes mornings go by quicker) the actual ambience of the office is cozy which I like! very neutral.

Compensation could be higher for the workload. Not terrible but support makes up for it
