      Technicians and warehouse employees are very helpful

      Cons

      The service manager is arrogant and only looks to benefit himself, work orders are vague at best and lunch is expected to clock out for but rarely get to actually take it.

      Pros

      Supervisor is very communicative , regularly checking in with you (not in a micro managing way). And she is extremely patient when you don't understand something which I appreciate. Personally ambience is a big one for me and I can say it is rushed in the mornings due to having to order material (which I like it makes mornings go by quicker) the actual ambience of the office is cozy which I like! very neutral.

      Cons

      Compensation could be higher for the workload. Not terrible but support makes up for it
