Pros
Work is easy. Health benefits are great (only $7 a month from the employee side). Staff is friendly and nice to get along with.
Cons
Working with the homeless and SUD population is never going to be easy. However, it is becoming increasingly unsafe for staff as clients with a history of SA are becoming common and incidences may become more common. There is also a constant turnover of workers. Every time the manager hires more people, the older staff will leave. There is a very real trend of constant burn out.
