Pros

They give early checks if you ask for them but _without_ the payroll.

Cons

- Runs payroll monthly but you wont receive money until the end of first week of the next month. Normally for monthly payrolls you get your money by 1st of the month, but here I don't get it before the 5th and something it goes till the 7th - Everything is under the table illegal stuff but they do have paperwork to make it all look pretty - No paid time off regardless of what their website says (even if you are a full time employee) - No raise and no bonuses - They ask you for money to apply for H1B which is illegal as the company is supposed to pay for it - The owner, who the HR always directs you to if you have any HR related questions, is very rude and very unprofessional. If you go to him with a problem, he just says "He doesn't have time and he can't talk (to you)" - Worst of all, the owner has the 3 companies under his name, so he keeps shuffling your official company name around for "paperwork" purposes, and its the same staff but just a different company name on paper.

Pros

Very comfortable company. Never have to pay for the H1 including premium charges and amendments. They have separate attorney for GC (Murthy Law Firm) and for the H1 (Global Immigration Partners), and that made me feel very comfortable and felt very confident. My GC labor finished in 46 days and H1 finished in 6 days (under premium). They also didn't charge for the H4 dependent and the EAD. Most of them in this company are referrals from friends and family. I heard many couples are working and they take full responsibility for the family. They also provide 50% for the medical insurance and 401k options for self contribution.

Cons

Bi-weekly should have been in place but they have difficulty in getting the payments from the vendors. But, they could have tried. On 401k, minimum of 1% is highly appreciated.
