Pros
They gave me a job when no one else gave me a shot, but with a price.
Cons
They are deceitful. They advertised the job as a customer service job but ended up being something else at the interview. They never gave me a couple of my commissions from my sales. So basically, your pushed to work for sales and appointments but they don't give you the reward half the time. They do give you hourly pay which is fine but they will stress you out if your not getting sales or appointments weekly. You try to go to upper management to handle it and they still don't get you your money. They actually got upset because an employee spoke to them about it even after going through the proper chain of command weeks before. The employee environment is distasteful. They come in high, make inappropriate remarks, and curse like sailors even though there are supposed to be rules against it. I stayed long enough. Everyone I worked with at the beginning left. They have a high turnover rate so trust me avoid this solar company in particular if your looking for steady employment.
