I loved working at Horizon. It is a small company, so you get a chance to know people in different departments and it felt like being part of a family. You have to wear multiple hats sometimes which means work is never boring.

Since it is a smaller company there is not much room for advancement.

Good product line in a niche market. Good supporting staff present. Good potential for sales. Nice location of office in Salem, NH.

Shrinking market. No desire to take on or make new products to keep up with new trends. Minimal opportunity for advancement. HUGE cost cutters. Micromanagement kills moral in office and outside on the road.
