Thank you for the feedback! We hear your feedback that want us to add 401k matching to our total rewards program. We continue to evaluate when the right time to add 401k matching to our compensation program is and will update the company once we're able to make that investment. Most companies at our stage do not have a 401k match, but we know it is important and we're hopeful that we'll be able to offer it in the future.
This year, we focused on improving two other critical pieces of total rewards: benefits (delivering higher premium coverage and new plan options) and cash and equity compensation to put more dollars in our team's pockets (increasing our salary and equity benchmarks, and awarding more cash and equity increases to our team).
