Job is fun, management is accommodating. A lot of PTO available. Does great work for those that are supported.

It can be a challenging job at times.

-love the individuals I get to spend time with. -coworkers are usually compassionate and kind -generous PTO

-low pay despite big profits (I understand it is a non-profit, but I’ve been doing this for many years and this is the lowest I’ve ever been paid) -no raises, not even if you get med cert -there is definitely an inner circle, and if you are part of it you are allowed to make as many mistakes as you’d like, even at the expense of the individuals.
