      Pros

      The cons totally overshadow the pros but still have to mention them. Good bunch of people to work with, except management. Get to work with latest technology. Get to work with and know end to end process of software development.

      Cons

      Less pay compared to other companies in Baroda considering working on niche skill such as Sitecore. Decisions are forced on employees. Pre defined rules are modified as and when required in favour of management. US peers and management do not provide much work leading to most of people sitting on bench. Highly political management in US and especially in Vadodara office which tries to blackmail employees emotionally. Very low percentage offered in appraisal. Grievances not at all cared about. Even if you work the best it won't be recognised and appreciated unless you flatter and butter the local and US management. Once you leave the job, the management tries to defame you.

      Pros

      Fairly flexible working environment. Benefits exist but aren't strong.

      Cons

      TOXIC hustle. Lots of behind the scenes talking that leads to awful culture. WRETCHED CEO on the Talent side. They put that they are minority-owned on the front door to capitalize on that buzz, but then are run entirely by white, middle aged men. POC are abysmally represented as there are less than a handful working there. It's a sham of a place. Used to have a great company culture, but that went out the window with the political shift in America. Talent side of things is hot garbage. Digital side is finding their way through.
