The current head of the company is very difficult to please and nitpicks every detail of what a person does through a daily activity report. If you spend more time on one project than she sees fit, it's not ok. There is very little room for personal decision making, as every decision has to be asked to her, she "will think about it", and then tell you to do what you already said you were going to do as if it was her idea from the start.
