The employees were split because older ones were jealous of the younger ones

Discount on equine products. That's it.

Management is unprofessional. Will work you till you burn out. 90% mandatory travel. Expect to work multiple weekends a month. Certain times of year you might only get 2 days off a month because you are working horse shows. And not locally either. Plans are constantly changing and not for better! Oh and that includes more work for less pay. Terrible communication between staff members. Moral is down. Majority of US team left or was fired. This is the 3rd time the company had cleaned house. Expectations are unrealistic. Budgets not obtainable. They want to know where you are every second of the day. No trust. All promised made during hiring process not kept. Law suites have been made by prior employees. Treat their customers terribly. Only care about the two biggest customers.
