Upper management was unorganized sometimes.

Hosho is by far the most motivating companies I have ever worked for. I have been with the company for about 6 months and have been able to learn and grow so quickly. The people that work here are so supportive and willing to take time out of their busy day for anyone. The leadership is top notch and we have some of the most brilliant minds in the industry working alongside each other. Hosho is a company that promotes a pro-employee workplace that actually follows through with that statement. Snacks, chef, games, social hours, nap rooms etc. I feel grateful to work for this company every day!

Long hours, multiple hat wearing and growing pains. These are not cons for me but for some that are not used to the startup life, it might be.
