      Fast paced and reactive - but then that's just how the industry is. Company adaptable to working hours and days eg. to accommodate childcare etc..

      Cons

      Not easy to plan things - but again, that's just how the industry works.

      Free lunch sometimes , free tickets to attractions

      Cons

      Poor pay, management is terrible , high staff turnover but the director have no investigated this . The team is amazing and they deserve so much better

      -Friendly and supportive atmosphere -Lots of free work perks (attraction tickets, theatre ticket and networking events) -Genuinely feel well looked after by senior management -Lots of variety, no two days are the same! -Opportunities to grow!

      - Location can affect staffing levels
