      Some really good people and a nice office

      Manny Vivar is the owner. He is a selfish POS that fires people without cause, refuses to pay employees what they are worth and plays favoritism. It is a good thing gor him that florida is an at will work state or his current and former employees would have sued him out of business. If his clients knew what he really thought of them and he treated his employees im sure they would hesitate in giving him their money. Manny vivar is a slum lord running a business

      Pros

      Hostdime is more like an IT academy that pays you to learn. They're a great springboard platform for your future career in IT. Go through their system, learn to do things their way. You will come out the other end with knowledge that can really further your IT career. To all current, and future employees in level I support: stop grovelling over that whopping $2.00 per year pay raise.. if you're in level I support, could chances are you have no discernable skills anyway. Don't focus on the pay,learn what they teach you.
