1. They will pilled you so much work and they just want to look at the result with no OT obviously. 2. Most of the old stuff are quite nice and friendly but the new ones can be rude 3. Hard to get any increment or bonus. 4. From an financial wise view the company love to spend lavishly to look like they are growing so fast but actually not so much. Spending > Revenue
