We’re a scaling company that’s been through a period of significant growth and change whilst we acquire new businesses, which we recognise can create uncertainty and frustration. To address this, we’ve recently hired a Chief People Officer to begin building the foundations for a more consistent and positive employee experience across all parts of the business.
Meaningful change takes time, investment, and the right team in place, it cannot happen overnight. We appreciate that being on the receiving end of organisational change is never easy, but these steps are essential to ensure the business is focused on the right priorities for long-term stability and success.
Throughout this process, we have aimed to treat all employees including those affected by change with dignity and respect. We know there’s still work to do, and we’re committed to doing better as we strengthen our people practices and bring greater clarity and structure over the coming year.
