      Opportunities to make contacts and gain experience on location. Get daily hands on with industry standards equipment lovely bunch of people.

      Cons

      Lack of openness with management and employees can Sometimes be infuriating. Constant attrition to staff benefits during my time at Hotcam.

      - Paid overtime - Good sick leave - Very nice management team - Can rent out equipment for free

      Cons

      - Low annual leave - Long hours - Weekend on-site pay isn't considered overtime pay
