Pros
1. I joined hotwax as a java trainer and I was told that I have to train Employees on various frameworks like spring, advance java etc. In the beggening things were going pretty well and I was trapped in the dogma of Hotwax family which later turned out to be a trap. Instead of java I was told to learn react js and when I learned that they told me master ionic and god knows what, basically they don't have clarity on anything. There is no best reason to work, its IT company cum family group, managers are boss family members and they do anything what thay want.
Cons
1. people are not competent for their jobs and that includes the people at managerial roles as well. 2. Poor leadership, Micromanagement and useless talks at work will definitely feel you like crushing your head sometimes. 3. Bootlicking is the best way to be in good books and to be relevant in this company you have to do it wheather you like it or not. 5. There is no job security here they beileve in hire and fire policy. 6. People try to poke their noses in your business and yes, this company is no less than a Coffee with Karan show where they love gossiping over anything. 7. A new trend is adopted by Anil patel of writing linkedin post basically it's a new way to traumatizing employees. 8. HR is completely working under management like puppet and owner relationship. Advice to Management 1. If you want professional employees then first be professional at your end. 2. Get knowledge of how trainers work in the professional world. Hiring puppets for this work will not do any good to you. 3. Train employees, they will grow you. 4. Give respect to the techies who provide their time to train others. 5. Stop treating Employee as a labor class like whatever you will say they will do that. Hire some good skilled Manager.
