The pay was low, The managers job was to punish every employee no matter how hard the employee was working. They provide excellent treatment for the guest, but treat the employees like slaves. Its was a working environment where if you tattletale on co-worker instead off correcting them and helping them directly you get praised. Everyone single person is watching you and waiting on you to fail so they can run and talk. Mangers are easily pros-waved and have their favorite people they chat with all day long. If u are a hard worker, you are looked at as a treat by management and they will find a way to get ride of you. Ohh and if you come in on a day where someone in management was having a bad... guess what your having a bad day as well. And many, many more.. Don't believe me? Go head and apply
