Pros
Fun place to work. Lots of nice customers; great products sell them selves. Great staff discount. Lovely people (in all the stores I was in!) Good development of staff at store level. Soft selling only- no hard sales or unattainable targets.
Cons
If you don't like being happy at work and making your customers happy then wrong place to be. Lots of product knowledge helps, if you don't have a genuine interest/passion for quality chocolate then you may find it laborious to learn about. Warning: you may become a chocolate snob after working here- no more cheap chocolate will pass your lips!
