The only good thing here is leaders built up a quite harmonious environment in the company, they care about employees' well-being and spend a large sum of revenue for employees' C&B
Cons
- The leaders don't know what to do to improve the business, leading to a lack of growth, a lack of revenue yearly, and poor raises and benefits for everyone. There have been very little to no raises in all positions in the past few years.
- Leaders only talk about changes but don't nurture changes or encourage changes due to fear of breaking the harmonious environment they already built. Everything is stagnant.
- Leaders don't have any clear plan for human development for anyone. Employees here stay for 7+ years and are still very confused about what could they do next or how could they develop.
- Very slow to adapt to anything new, even when they are doing business in Technology field. The company started very early in the market but soon was left behind by all competitors who had a clearer vision and knew better how to improve their products and their businesses.
- The CEO isn't quite visible and doesn't engage in what's happening in the company, due to his health situation. No leadership was given from the Executive board. Middle managers need to find their own ways to do everything and still need to wait for an always-delayed-decisions-and-instructions from Top Executives. This leads to confusion for everyone and a lack of motion in the company. No clear visions. No clear plans. Everything is fragmented.
