Pros
- They offered basic salary that can be considered as the highest compare to other hotels
- It offers the best and the most luxurious products (rooms, F&B, function rooms) and facilities. As a salesperson, we can sell them confidently.
- For certain levels, lunch will be at the buffet restaurant (and it is super delicious!)
Cons
- Service charge is small because it is shared with 2000 staffs
- Too many rules and regulations and sometimes it is inconsistent. As a salesperson, it will be challenging.
- Taking annual leaves might be a challenge and you have to be prepared when they asked you to cancel your leaves last minute.
- Health Insurance is not that great. They use public hospital insurance and government insurance.
- Life and Work Balance might be challenging
- Working environment is very competitive and many office politics involved
- No training for sales team, no exciting events or team buildings for staff. Only recently we finally had a staff party (before pandemic)
