The people you work with are warm, genuine, friendly people. They made it worth coming to work. Working in a place full of history!
Cons
The Owners - They get in the way of the operation and decisions from the management that they hired to make changes. The Owners don't have an idea how to run a hotels. It's just about cost cutting and overloading the staff with work to the point some are working 10 to 16 hour days. Theplace is old, dilapidated, messy, in need of refurbishment. There's rats and mice in both guest rooms and restaurants.
