I think it depends on the department you are in, but the work/life balance is good Nice new office with good equipment
Cons
Management is ridiculous. There is no control on the projects, many starts and then they are complete ruined by people telling you stupid requirements that they think they needs. But as the management is completely separated from the people that do the real work, in the end whatever new tool developed or feature is completely wrong or unusable.
