As long as you are respectful and motivated, this is a relaxed and friendly environment, with opportunity to advance. Toxic staff have been completely weeded out.

Not a real con, but respect, not only for management, but for fellow staff, is a requirement to stay and advance.

TOXIC. I saw a review that said toxic employees have been weeded out. False. The president of THS (which is the main company and the same building and same company essentially) are so horrible to for for. They are rude and inconsiderate and think they are the best of the best and that you are just dirt.
