-Insane work life balance with unreasonable hours -Very high turn over rate due to the above, constantly requiring new hires to get through the learning curve -Favourtism and unequal treatment and pay -In general, relatively low pay comapred to industry standards. No other perks, bonuses, or benefits to offset (unless you're a favourite) -Pretty sure fake reviews on here by management. No real human who worked there could say there are no cons. Every company has cons, and Hotspex is certainly high on that list
