Pros

We’re proud to be building a product that feels meaningful and has the potential to make a real difference. Being a small team gives us a lot of responsibility and trust, and we get to tackle problems and tasks we haven’t faced before. We experience the work environment as supportive, with everyone genuinely wanting to help each other succeed. The pace is fast, which keeps things exciting and pushes us to grow.

Cons

The fast-changing environment makes it challenging to stay focused at times. Work/life balance isn’t always easy to maintain. For financial reasons, we had to say goodbye to a number of previous teammates. This was a tough experience for all of us.

Pros

This is a place where you’re constantly pushed out of your comfort zone — in a good way. New challenges come up often, which means you get to build skills fast and take on real responsibility early. That can be exciting and rewarding. The people here are a big plus: even when workloads are heavy, colleagues genuinely try to help each other and solve problems together. The start-up pace keeps things interesting and means you’re rarely stuck doing the same thing for long.

Cons

The flip side of the start-up energy is that priorities can change overnight. Sometimes you have to drop something important mid-project because something else suddenly takes priority. That can be frustrating.

Pros

The company was larger in the past, but after a funding‑related downsizing—which explains many of the negative reviews—we are back on track and have begun growing the team again. We’ve seen strong growth momentum lately, so morale is high. We are also at the forefront of applying technology in EdTech, offering abundant opportunities to learn and develop. Although we operate with an American tech–style cadence—fast‑paced, data‑driven, and high‑ownership—we still adhere to Norwegian working hours and workplace norms. This makes us a great fit for people seeking a middle ground between Silicon Valley’s demanding, rapidly evolving culture (we recently re‑domiciled there) and the Norwegian standard of work–life balance.

Cons

The pace and expectations mirror U.S. tech culture—fast, data‑driven, and high‑ownership—which can feel intense compared to most Norwegian companies. Post‑downsizing resource constraints still surface: some teams wear multiple hats and processes are being rebuilt. Rapid growth means priorities shift quickly; ambiguity and changing roadmaps are part of day‑to‑day life.
