Great way to learn, be supported, and have individualized attention paid to you. My supervisor was thoughtful about my growth and created an environment where I could learn while working. This is not a pre-license therapy mill. Thus, case loads are kept reasonable. My caseload fluctuated between 18-25 clients at any given moment. Very reasonable for a salaried position with benefits. I only left because I was moving to another state.

At one point they instructed us to leave everything at the door when coming to work using the example “ if you’re getting a divorce don’t bring that bad mood into work” which is crazy when you’re trying to build a community that is supporting people during some of the hardest points in their life.
