I can't recommend them - Business Support HouseMark Employee Review

Being a small company head count wise everyone knows everyone else and there is a friendly, comfortable atmosphere around the office. With the Company just changing its IT platform they have provided me with the relevant training which I have not received at previous companies. The company seems to view you a a person not a number which is a change from the last company I worked for. The SMT keep employees up to date with what is happening and make you feel part of the company.

Being a small company there are not many employees in the IT department hence it can be difficult to bounce ideas off colleagues when looking for IT software solutions to issues.

I started my role during the pandemic so working from home. The interview process was smooth and the organisation were quick to get back to me. Setting me up as a new starter was effortless and induction was in bitesize spread across a a few weeks. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. It is clear the team are passionate and believe in delivering accurate data and consultancy. This is an organisation that truly acts professional and each individual represents the organisations value in their daily activities.
