Being a small company head count wise everyone knows everyone else and there is a friendly, comfortable atmosphere around the office. With the Company just changing its IT platform they have provided me with the relevant training which I have not received at previous companies.
The company seems to view you a a person not a number which is a change from the last company I worked for.
The SMT keep employees up to date with what is happening and make you feel part of the company.
Cons
Being a small company there are not many employees in the IT department hence it can be difficult to bounce ideas off colleagues when looking for IT software solutions to issues.
